We spent the last week camping in the mountains by Yost for the annual deer hunt. It was interesting trying to keep two little boys occupied when all they really wanted to do was roll around in the dirt and mud. But it was a good week. Tim and Travis (my brother in law) each got a deer. Travis on Thursday and Tim on Friday. Travis also shot a coyote. Matt was kind of sick with a cough so he didn't get to hunt nearly as much as he would have liked, but we did go out on a few drives including a field trip over to City of Rocks, which was pretty cool.

We're jealous! We probably won't get to hunt while we're here in Oregon - won't have the time or the money... Anyway, congrats to Tim and Trav for getting deer! We miss you guys!
I'm glad you guys had fun. I wouldn't be a good deer hunter's wife. I would totally gross out with a dead animal.
