Matt

I'm not sure I have ever blogged about Matt. We have had a few funny stories with him lately so I thought I would devote a whole post to him.
Yesterday Matt was riding his bike in front of our house while Tim was working on the boat. I was about to go get some pizza when I heard Matt screaming. So I put Kamron down and went to investigate. He was laying down in the neighbors driveway with his bike on top of him screaming. He had crashed and another neighbor was running over to help. Matt is a little bit of a drama queen and can work himself into hyperventilation superfast! Luckily there was no blood or I don't think we could have avoided the hyperventilation. He did scrape up his knee pretty good though. Chase came running over and said "Don't cry Matt" it was really cute. We had to threaten to get a wheelchair a couple of times to keep Matt from getting too dramatic throughout the night.

Matt has had a couple of loose teeth lately and has lost another one since this picture. He looks like a jack-o-lantern with his two lower laterals gone!
Another cute story about Matt happened at Easter. He got a basketball in his Easter basket from his Grandma Leslie. He didn't stop playing with it for days! He was so excited when he finally made his first "hoop" and would shoot hoops at recess at school instead of chasing girls like all of his friends were doing. A couple of nights later we were putting the boys to bed and he was excitedly telling Tim about shooting hoops at recess, and said "I feel like my whole world has changed!"

Pizza Hair

Chase was eating pizza and pears for lunch yesterday. I went to check on him after a bit and this is what I found.

He kept saying Pizza in my hair momma. The picture doesn't do it justice, he had pizza sauce and cheese and pear juice smashed all over his head.

Kamron turned 5 months

I'm holding him up by his leg in this picture. He can't really stand up like that :)

I know it's pretty late but I wanted to put some new pictures of Kamron on here. He turned 5 months on March 30 (Also my dad's birthday)! He is getting so big. He still hasn't rolled over yet, but he is trying really hard. He throws his whole body to the side and pulls his legs up to his chest but he hasn't figured it out yet. Though I did have a dream last night that he took his first step. Random, I have been having a lot of wierd dreams lately and no I'm not pregnant. Kam has figured out how to get ahold of his feet and sometimes even gets his toes in his mouth. He gets to take his first airplane ride next week when he goes with me to Oregon for my friends wedding.

Jazper

We got a puppy!!! Ok so these aren't the best pictures, but he won't hold still for the camera. He us a Golden Boxer (his mom is purebred Golden Retriever and his dad is purebred Boxer) We named him Jazper (Jazz for short) He was born on Valentine's Day and is a very fun, sweet puppy!

Camping

We had our first camping trip of the year last weekend. It was a good trip! Becca and Travis came as well as Travis' parents and sisters. It was a lot of fun for the kids because there were 3 other kids (Tina's kids) for them to play with. We went to Blue Lake which is a half hour South of Wendover. A lot of scuba divers go there because the lake (more like a pond) is 70 degrees all year. We went swimming but it wasn't as warm as I was expecting. Chase loved the lake and was dying to get in the whole time. When we first went to see the lake, I wouldn't let Chase let go of my hand because I was sure he would try to jump in. As we turned around to walk back he made a last ditch effort to do something fun by grabbing one of the scuba diver's towel with his dry clothes wrapped up in it, and tried to throw it in the water. Luckily he missed. What a stinker.
The boys were running all over the whole time. At one point, Tim asked where Chase was. I had seen him 2 seconds before so I wasn't too worried. But after a minute of him not reappearing around the side of the trailer, I started to worry. Becca found him and Wyatt (Travis' nephew) half way to the lake. The lake was a little 3 minute walk down a boardwalk with shallow water on either side of the boardwalk the whole way. The actual lake drops off to about 8 feet immediately. I guess they were going to fill up their squirt guns and Wyatt's mom had told him he couldn't go until someone went with him. (She clarified that an adult needed to go with him later :) ) I don't want to think about what could have happened if we waited five more minutes to look for him.
So it was a fun trip, a long drive but fun. Now if only it would stop snowing so we could go again.

The boys had fun running all over.
All tuckered out

The boys had a ton of fun riding their bikes all over.

Kamron's first camping trip. He seemed to have a lot of fun.

Chase just follows Matt all over

The reason for the trip. Fishing!

The big catch. A talapia

Of course Chase had to touch it

Kamron's 4 month

Kamron turned 4 months the other day. Here are his stats.
Height 24.5 inches 75%
Weight 13.9 lbs. 35%
Head 10%
Not bad considering Chase was always in the 5th % for Height and 10% for Weight. His head was always 95% or higher too.
Kamron has a ready smile for anyone that looks his way! He is getting so big I can't believe it. Here is a picture I took of him the other day in an outfit my friend Stacey sent him. Sooo Cute!!!
I bought a bow for a friend that had a baby girl and couldn't resist putting it on Kamron to see how he would look as a girl since I'm apparently never going to get the chance to put a bow in my own little girl's hair. I thought he was pretty cute. Tim wasn't too happy about it though.

Happy Birthday Tim!!!

Happy Birthday Tim!!!
Tim turned 28 years old yesterday. Poor guy, kinda had a bad birthday. He took his scouts camping for the klondike derby in the snow. He also has a bad cold so the campout didn't help too much. So we rented a few movies and got some Chinese takeout. We had a fun night hanging out as a family though.
Here are some pictures of Tim, doing the things he loves!

I Love You Tim!!!
