Happy Birthday Tim!!!

Happy Birthday Tim!!!
Tim turned 28 years old yesterday. Poor guy, kinda had a bad birthday. He took his scouts camping for the klondike derby in the snow. He also has a bad cold so the campout didn't help too much. So we rented a few movies and got some Chinese takeout. We had a fun night hanging out as a family though.
Here are some pictures of Tim, doing the things he loves!

I Love You Tim!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Chase

Chase turned two years old today! I can't believe where the time has gone! We started off the day with French toast for breakfast. You can tell he is my child because he had a little bit and then said he wanted cereal instead. (Tim is constantly asking what he should make me for breakfast, and I usually respond that I just want cereal). Later we headed to Kents to pick up his Wall-E birthday cake and some balloons. He was so excited to walk around the store carrying those balloons, and once he saw the cake, he wouldn't stop saying Wall-E cake. He says it so cute! Then it was down for a nap so mom could wrap his presents. After Matt came home from school, we headed to Chuck E Cheese. Chase spent most of the time there running from one game to the next. Not actually wanting to play them, just look at them. Note to self: If you ever plan a trip to Chuck E Cheese again, make sure you go before 5. We got there at 4:30 and it wasn't too bad, but by the time we left at 6, it was mad crazy!
Next we went home to open presents and eat Wall-E cake. The cake was the highlight for Chase. He spent most of the day asking for it. Another note to self: when looking for a Disney figurine for a birthday present, rather than spend $15 for it on Amazon, just order a cake from the bakery. The cake came with the exact same figurine that I could only find on Amazon and cost $15. Cost of cake $17.99.
It was a fun day! Chase scored by getting a Cars book with a lot of buttons that make cool noises. A Wall-E dish set (plate, bowl, cup) A miniature Walmart shopping cart, a dinosaur shirt, and a new potty chair!
Happy Birthday Chase! We love you so much and can't imagine life without you!

Chase loves shoes and is constantly running around in any that he can find.

Chase has started having a VERY strong opinion about what he wears. He wore this tie all day long. From the time he got dressed in the morning until he got his jammies on that night he never took it off. He also quite often insists on wearing pajamas over his clothes. What a cutie!

Kamron is 3 months

I finally got a picture of Kamron smiling!!! He is 3 months old already! I can't believe it. He is smiling a ton now. I haven't gotten him to giggle yet though. He is awake a lot more now and sleeps best when he is in his bear coat all snuggled up. He is such a snuggler. He always wants to be touching someone. He is very precious and we love him tons!

Oh the Horror

I decided to get my hair highlighted, So my sister Debbie said she would watch my kids while I had it done. We expected it to take about two hours. My appointment was at 10 on Monday morning. At 1:30 the gal finally finished. I was worried that Kamron was starving and screaming plus watching 5 kids under the age of 5 (Debbie's three and my two) is never easy. So I just ran out of there and didn't even really look at it till I got back to the house. When I walked in the door my dad and sister busted up laughing. Never a good sign. It was horrible, not at all what I wanted and had huge chunks of really blond next to big chunks of really dark. So I sat and tried to figure out what to do for a couple of hours. Finally I decided that I was too embarrassed to go out in public and had to do something that night! So Debbie agreed to weave my hair again (She had watched a YouTube video on how to do it and had done it on two of her girls and my sister Becca. She did a good job on them and anything was better than what I had, so we went to Sally's and got brown dye and a toner. So I spent all night getting my hair re-done. After the weave it looked a ton better and then we put a toner in it to soften the brassy blond look. That helped a ton too. I'm still undecided on how it looks. Everyone has told me they like it so that is making me feel a little better, but I still might change it a little more. Here are some pictures of all the fun!
This picture was taken about a month ago, so it shows what it looked like before
This is the picture I brought to the salon to show what I wanted

Kamron's Blessing

We blessed Kamron at church today. We had a lot of family there (my parents, my grandpa, 6 of my siblings and their families, Tim's grandparents, his mom, his aunt and uncle, his sister and her family and a cousin with his little girl). Tim did a great job and it was really nice to spend the day with family. I got a couple of cute pictures of Kamron and all my boys!

2 Months Old!!!

Okay so I am a few days late, but Kamron is two months old! (These pictures were taken on his 2 month birthday). I can't believe how fast these two months have gone. Today he weighed 10 lbs 10 oz so he has almost doubled in size. Kam is starting to smile and coo at us. He even smiled at me at the doctor's office today even though he is really sick and has RSV. Poor little guy. I took him in today because he had a bad cough only to find out he has RSV. They are trying to keep him out of the hospital and we now have a nebulizer (for breathing treatments) and a vacuum machine to suck the gunk out of his nose, so hopefully he can get better fast!

Crazy weekend

This past weekend was crazy busy for us. It followed two really busy weeks. My sister Sarah got married this past Friday. My sister Debbie and I have spent the last two weeks trying to get matching outfits for all the sisters to be bridesmaids. We decided to make the skirts which we thought would be pretty easy but were so time consuming! So Friday was the wedding and of course the weather was terrible! The roads were so bad, we pulled up to the Salt Lake Temple at 1:37 and the sealing started at 1:40. So I jumped out of the truck and ran down the block and through the Temple. Tim didn't make it inside in time, He parked the car and got the kids out, but I barely made it (and then humiliated myself by sobbing because I was so relieved that I made it). The reception was five miles away but it took us two hours to get there because of the roads. The reception was beautiful as well as the Bride and everything besides the weather went really well.
Saturday morning we had family pictures in Brigham City with horrible weather and roads again, and then we rushed off to Huntington to celebrate Tim's parent's 70th wedding anniversary. We spent the night there and then rushed back to Brigham City for my family's Christmas Party. We got home late last night. It is a relief to relax today!

Kamron at the wedding. He is filling out!
